S&H Medical Management Services, Inc. Company Bio

Company Biography

Helen and Ann, in addition to being certified case managers, are also both licensed registered nurses with extensive critical care and ER/Trauma backgrounds. With the baseline goals established, they developed a product that has allowed S&H to grow and expand within the Midwest Region.

In its early years, the organization provided solely medical case management services, and has grown to employ over twenty registered nurses. Over the years, our customers began to request we also provide vocational case management services. Therefore in 2000, the company launched its vocational rehabilitation services program. Since then, due to quality services and customer satisfaction, our vocational unit has also grown. Currently our Vocational team consists of three Vocational Specialists, one Employment Specialist and a Director of Vocational Services, all nationally certified.

S&H has progressed to offer a full line of case management services: telephonic and on-site RN medical case management as well as a full line of vocational services. Our vocational department handles files that relate to worker’s compensation, STD/ LTD and personal injury.

Linda Van Dillen joined S&H in 2001. In 2005 her dedication and shared vision for S&H resulted in her being made a principal of the company.

A company biography would not be complete without explaining the significance of the S & H stork. He first came to light when S & H was established. Being a small company we sent out a “birth” announcement rather than a news release. Stanley Stork was there, introducing us to the world. His face continued to present itself on other items that came from our office. You will see him on our post it notes as well as on our marketing folder. As he aged he was the one who proclaimed “S & H Delivers!” You will always find him on our Christmas Cards as well as on invitations to other special events sponsored by S & H… his style of dress always appropriate to the occasion. We have become rather fond of Stanley. His lack of pretense and his honest presentation make him an excellent messenger of our philosophy.
